Itinerary

Day 1

Transfer to Ruaha National Park

In the morning after you’ve enjoyed your breakfast, you will be driven to Ruaha national park from Iringa town by road taking 2 hours through unwinding beautiful landscapes or you can fly from Dar es salaam using a schedule chartered flight, on reaching the park you will head for a game drive to watch wild animals like herds of elephants buffalo lesser and greater kudus, impalas, waterbucks, bushbucks, hartebeest, jackals, and many others. Ruaha National Park has large concentration of wildlife including lions, cheetahs, leopards as well as stripped hyenas and also you will have chances to watch the African wild dogs. Return for overnight and dinner at your booked accommodation.

Day 2

Ruaha Morning Game Drive and Departure

On second day you will go for a sunrise game drive around the park, at unique sandy rivers (waterholes) and along the Ruaha river banks that usually attract a higher concentration of wildlife, with breakfast in the bush expect to spot the park predators such as lions, cheetahs, leopards, wild dogs, hyenas, jackals and view numerous bird species till lunchtime, return to the lodge for your refilling lunch before setting off for your drive back to Iringa or flay back to Dar es Salaam.
