3 Days Safari to Katavi National Park

You will begin your safari with a morning flight from either Dar es Salaam or Arusha with a charter flight heading to Katavi National Park, and upon landing at Mpanda airstrip, you will be transferred to the park using a vehicle, lunch at your booked accommodation and then you will go for a short game drive to spot some animals in the park, dinner, and overnight at your booked lodge. 

After breakfast, you will head out for morning game drive or walking safari if booked in the safari plan, and while in the park along the Katavi flood plains you will look out for animals such as cape buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, elephants, cheetahs, wild dogs, hyenas, leopards, jackals and pride of lions among others, return for lunch in the afternoon you will go for a game drive the palm-fringed Lake Chada in the South - East, and Katuma River, with a picnic lunch you will have a chance to see the greatest population of Crocodile and Hippos, Lion and Leopard looking for prey among the huge population of herbivorous e.g. Impala, Eland, Topi, Zebra, and many more. Return in the evening dinner and overnight at Camp/Lodge. Meal Plans; Breakfast, Lunch

After morning breakfast at the lodge/camp, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your scheduled flight to Dar es Salaam/Arusha to the international airports for departure back home or to your hotel making it the end of your safari.
